How can I track my order once it has shipped?
A tracking number will be sent to you in your shipping confirmation email.
It may take up to 24 hours before a tracking number is registered in the system and showing tracking information.
Can I receive a refund if I return an item?
Yes, but only if your return request is made within 30 days of your original order.
